The primary documentation you need is the Palm OS SDK Documentation set. You can read this online in HTML format, download it in PDF format, or buy printed versions.You should also consider reading one or more of the various Palm programming books out there. You can find information about them in the RootHBookAndSoftwareReviews. Note that one of them, O'Reilly's Palm Programming; A Developer's Guide is available in an online version in the Safari online bookshelf.
